Mr. Jason Epstein, J.D.

Biography:
Mr. Jason Epstein, J.D. joined the Terry College of Business in Fall 2020 after a 25-year career in the corporate world, where he served as both an attorney and a business leader. His last 15 years were focused exclusively on procurement, where he handled contract negotiations, third-party risk (including data privacy and compliance), vendor management, team leadership, and procurement transformation.
Jason previously taught Legal Studies as a part-time faculty member at the business schools of Kennesaw State University, Georgia State University, and Georgia Gwinnett College. In addition to being admitted to the Georgia Bar, he holds certifications from the Institute for Supply Management (CPSM), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (CIPP/US), and the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS-CRMP).
Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, and a Master of Science and Technology Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Prof. Chuk-fai Kwan

Biography:
Mr. Chuk-fai Kwan is a seasoned corporate communications and management professional with over 30 years of experience in executive development and stakeholder engagement. He has held senior leadership roles at Cathay Pacific Airways, New World First Bus Services, NWS Holdings, and Hang Lung Group. A committed advocate of corporate social responsibility, social capital, and shared value, Mr. Kwan has founded volunteer teams across these organizations, with Hang Lung now operating twelve teams in Hong Kong and nine mainland Chinese cities.
Prof. Ejae Lee

Biography:
Prof. Ejae Lee, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Public Relations in the Department of Mass Communication, Advertising and Public Relations at Boston University’s College of Communication. Her research focuses on authenticity, prosocial corporate communication, and issue and stakeholder management in the era of artificial intelligence. She currently leads international research projects on these topics as a Legacy Scholar at the Arthur W. Page Center at Penn State University. Dr. Lee is also a core partner in the Sustainability and Stakeholder Management initiative of the Crisis Communication Think Tank (CCTT) at the University of Georgia.
Prof. Stephanie Jean Tsang

Biography:
Prof. Stephanie Jean Tsang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies in the School of Communication at Hong Kong Baptist University, and Director of HKBU Fact Check, an International Fact-Checking Network–accredited signatory. An authority on misinformation and digital media effects, she integrates six years of frontline fact-checking experience with rigorous scholarship and is the lead author of a co-authored book on fact-checking in the Chinese context. Her research investigates political, health, and science misinformation; the impact of digital platforms on audience outcomes; and the psychological processes that shape judgment and behavior.
Prof. Joseph Watson, Jr.

Biography:
Prof. Joseph Watson, Jr. is the Carolyn Caudell Tieger Professor of Public Affairs Communications. He directs the University of Georgia’s Public Affairs Communications Program that provides undergraduate students with practical training in the strategy and practice of public affairs communications focused on government, public policy, and politics. He has over 25 years of experience in political campaigns and communications. Watson, a Harvard Law School graduate, served in the Administration of President George W. Bush and as legislative director to former U.S. Senator Peter G. Fitzgerald (R-IL). He also established and led the public advocacy group for Fortune 100 Company, Exelon Corporation.
Ms. Bobo Wong

Biography:
Ms. Bobo Wong is Head of Communications at Microsoft Hong Kong. She leads how Microsoft engages with media and the community around AI and frontier transformation. With experience across technology, finance, and B2B sectors, she focuses on strategic communications, executive storytelling, and trust‑led narratives. Her work has been recognised by PR Awards Asia‑Pacific and Marketing‑Interactive’s PR Awards. Bobo is particularly interested in how AI is reshaping the communications profession and how communicators can adapt responsibly.
