Edward is the Principal Manager of Logistics & Transport at CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, with over 16 years of experience in the power utility industry. His expertise includes vehicle fleet management, EV charger technologies, helicopter and Small Unmanned Aircraft (SUA) operations, project management, and facility management. At CLP, Edward oversees vehicle fleet operations, the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of CLP’s public EV chargers, and logistics management. He also supports various business units across CLP. In 2018, he introduced SUA technology for facility and overhead line inspections, establishing qualified internal teams and contributing to a public consultation on SUA regulations for the HKSAR Government. Edward holds a Master’s Degree in Building Services Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Electrical and Building Services Engineering.

陳堅淳是中華電力有限公司的首席物流及運輸經理，在電力行業累積了超過16年的豐富經驗。他的專業領域涵蓋車隊管理、電動車充電技術、直升機和小型無人機（SUA）應用、工程項目管理及設施管理。 在中華電力任職期間，陳堅淳負責監督公司車隊的日常營運、中電公共電動車充電樁的運作及保養，以及物流與運輸的管理工作，為公司各業務部門提供全面支持。此外，他於2018年成功引入小型無人機技術，應用於電力設施和架空電纜檢查，並建立了一支專業的小型無人機內部團隊。他亦積極參與香港特區政府關於小型無人機法規的公眾諮詢，以及低空經濟監管沙盒試點項目，推動相關技術與應用的發展。 陳堅淳擁有屋宇設備工程碩士學位及電機工程學士學位，同時是電氣和屋宇設備工程的註冊專業工程師。
