Mr. Zhang Tianyi holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with expertise in both professional practice and management. For many years, he has been deeply engaged in Hong Kong's network communications, intelligent connectivity, and digital infrastructure development, and possesses exceptional technical capabilities as well as rich project practice experience.
章天溢先生持有香港科技大學通信管理學碩士學位、電氣與通信工程學士學位，在通訊行業有著超過十五年的從業和管理經驗，多年深耕於香港的網路通信、智慧網聯和數位基礎設施建設，有著高超的技術能力和項目實踐經驗。
