He graduated from the Civil Aviation University of China, majoring in Computer Science and Technology. With 19 years of experience in the construction of civil aviation digital and intelligent systems, he is familiar with the construction of low-altitude service supervision platforms and proficient in policies and technologies in the fields of civil aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and low-altitude economy. He also has end-to-end experience in digital business architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, data architecture, as well as product planning and R&D, project management, and implementation and operation.

Once served as the Technology Director of Low-Altitude Economy at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Digital Economy Research Institute, where he was responsible for the project construction of Shenzhen's low-altitude intelligent integrated infrastructure, with a focus on the planning and implementation of the four networks: low-altitude air route network, service network, air connectivity network, and facility network.
Served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at JD Airlines and SF Airlines respectively, responsible for the overall digital system construction of the companies.
Held the position of Project Director of the Information Department at Spring Airlines, taking charge of the R&D of the company's digital projects.
Worked as Senior Product Director and Technical Manager of the Information Department at China Eastern Airlines, responsible for the construction of reservation systems, departure control systems, and operation command and dispatch systems.

During his tenure at China Telecom, he is responsible for building capabilities related to the low-altitude economy, and focuses on participating in the construction of flight service centers, low-altitude service supervision platforms, and low-altitude infrastructure in Suzhou, Changsha, Yanqing District of Beijing, Guangdong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Chengdu, Xinjiang, Zhejiang and other regions.

Meanwhile, as a member of the expert group, he participates in the formulation, review and deliberation of low-altitude-related policies and regulations of ministries and commissions such as the Central Air Traffic Management Commission Office, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), and the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).

中國民航大學，計算機科學與技術專業，19年民航數字化、智能化系統建設經驗，熟悉低空服務監管平台建設、精通民航、無人機、低空經濟領域相關政策和技術，具備端到端的數字化業務架構、應用架構、技術架構、數據架構和產品規劃研發、項目管理、落地運營經驗。工作經歷豐富，曾在粵港澳大灣區數字經濟研究院，擔任低空經濟技術總監，負責深圳市低空智能融合基礎設施的項目建設工作，重點打造低空航路網、服務網、空聯網、設施網四張網的規劃實施；在京東航空、順豐航空，擔任首席技術官CTO，負責公司整體數字化系統建設；在春秋航空，擔任信息部項目總監，負責公司數字化項目的研發工作；在中國東方航空，擔任信息部高級產品總監、技術經理，負責訂座、離港系統、運行指揮調度系統建設。在中國電信工作期間，負責低空經濟相關能力構建，重點參與蘇州、長沙，北京延慶，廣東，山西，陝西，成都，新疆，浙江等地飛行服務中心、低空服務監管平台，和低空基礎設施建設。同時，作為專家組成員，參與中央空管辦，國家發改委，國資委，中國民航局等部委低空相關政策法規制定和參審工作。
