Biography 簡歷

With more than 30 years of experience in the IT and GIS related industries, Mr. Tony Chan is currently Business Development Director at Esri China (HK) Limited. He is also the Vice President of Intelligent Transportation Systems Hong Kong. Tony participated in numerous large-scale local and overseas projects in different areas including telecommunication networks, information technology, geographic information systems (GIS) for construction development and implementation of resource management system. Prior to joining Esri China (HK), Tony was a senior technical consultant in HKT where he served in both internal and external projects in respect of implementing various telecommunication networks, mobile, IT projects and GIS-related solutions for the HKSAR Government and private sectors. 

陳平先生擁有超過30年的資訊科技和地理資訊系統（GIS）相關行業經驗，陳先生目前擔任Esri 中國（香港）有限公司的業務發展總監。陳先生亦是香港智能交通運輸系統協會的副會長。陳先生參與了眾多大型本地和海外項目，涵蓋電訊網絡、資訊技術、建築發展的GIS以及資源管理系統的實施。在加入Esri 中國（香港）之前，陳先生曾擔任HKT的高級技術專家，參與了不少香港特別行政區政府和私營部門實施的各種電訊網絡、移動和資訊技術項目以及與GIS相關的解決方案。陳先生在資訊科技和GIS領域擁有豐富經驗，並在不同領域的本地和海外項目中積累了廣泛的專業知識。
