Zhao Hui also oversees industrial work at the Development and Reform Bureau of Nansha District, Guangzhou, taking overall responsibility for the construction of industrial systems, strategic planning of districts, as well as the establishment for a national platform and a provincial platform. Zhao Hui has 14 years of experience in industrial and regional cooperation and in charge of multiple business lines of the Development and Reform Bureau of Nansha District, including the Energy Division, Investment Division, Planning Division and Price Section. She posses rich experience in industrial planning, strategy formulation, regional cooperation, and policy research. 

趙輝目前兼任廣州市南沙區發展和改革局產業工作分管領導，全面負責產業體系構建、片區戰略謀劃，以及兩大國家和省級平臺籌建工作。擁有14年產業與區域合作工作經驗，曾負責廣州市南沙區發改局能源、投資、規劃、物價等多條業務線工作，在產業規劃、戰略制定、區域合作與政策研究等領域具備豐富經驗和專業能力。
