Registration

Pre-registration is required. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration and full payment. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Conference Secretariat at rs.crm@polyu.edu.hk.

Registration Fee

Early Bird: $800 (before 11 Sep 2026)
Regular: $1,000 (12 Sep - 11 Nov 2026)

Remarks:

The registration fee DO NOT include accommodation.
# To be eligible for student rate, delegate must be a full-time student and a copy of student ID card must be submitted during registration as proof.
