Registration

Registration for ASCCS 2024 should be completed via the online system.

Registrants may pay their registration fees in Hong Kong dollars online using Visa/Master Card, UnionPay Card, Alipay, WeChat Pay or FPS following the instructions on the online registration form.

Registration Fees

 

Registration for 11 – 13 December 2024 (Three days)

  • Includes attendance at ASCCS 2024 from 11 to 13 December, e-proceedings, conference bag, conference banquet (12 December), two lunches (11 and 12 December), and six tea breaks
  • Venue:
    Cordis Hotel, Hong Kong (11 and 12 December 2024)
    The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (13 December 2024)

Online Registration

Registration for Accompany Person

  • Includes conference banquet on 12 December 2024 only
  • Registration deadline: 1 November 2024

HK$ 1,250

Online Registration

Registration for 13 December 2024 (One day only)

  • Includes attendance at ASCCS 2024 on 13 December, e-proceedings, and two tea breaks
  • Venue: The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (13 December 2024)

( *No presentations of regular papers will be arranged on 13 December 2024 )

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration will only be accepted when confirmed in writing to the Organising Committee of ASCCS 2024. For cancellations received no less than one week before the registration deadlines, the fees will be refunded. Otherwise, no refunds will be made. However, substitute participants are permitted if written notification is received in advance.

 

Paper Submission 

The paper submission is now opened. Please prepare the manuscript using the paper template Word file (Instructions for Authors-ASCCS 2024-Paper Template.docx) and then save the manuscript in a PDF file.

Paper Submission Deadline: 31 July 2024  21 August 2024

Important notes:

  • Paper must be written in English.
  • Paper cannot exceed 4 pages in length, and 20 MB in size (PDF file).
  • The file name of the paper should be identified with the surnames of the first author and the last author.
  • Papers can only be accepted on the understanding that they will be presented at the Conference.
  • Please note that each registered participant is allowed to present one paper.
