In response to numerous requests, the submission deadline has been extended to March 15, 2025.

We welcome paper or abstract submissions from researchers, scholars and industries. Contributions may include oral presentations or poster displays. 

The conference will also present the Best Paper Award, Best Student Paper Award, and Best Poster Award, with two awardees in each category.

Please note that the General Chair and members of the Award Committee are disqualified from competing for any of these awards. Therefore, if you wish to apply for any one of these awards, please ensure that neither the General Chair nor any member of the Award Committee is listed as a coauthor on your paper or poster.

Submission Guidelines.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Abstracts of published papers are also welcome, but will not be included by IEEE Conference Proceedings and EI Compendix, All submissions will be reviewed, and accepted papers/abstracts can be presented as oral talks or posters at the conference.

All papers and abstracts should be submitted through EasyChair. Please note that the email for paper/abstract submission must be the same as the one you used for EasyChair registration. 
1.  For submission of Regular papers, the PDF file can be uploaded through the system.
2.  For submission of Abstracts, only the abstract is required, and please DO NOT upload any file.

Initial submissions may be up to 8 pages. However, for final submission, paper should be within 6 pages long. Any paper over 6 pages will incur an overlength page charge up to a maximum of two extra pages.
