Registration Deadline: 30 April 2025.
For non-local participants:
· HKD 4,000 covers APESS registration, a 3-week hotel near the school, welcome and farewell dinners, and attend the 2-day ANCRiSST 2025 & ZHITU 2025 conference.
For local participants:
· HKD 3,500 covers APESS registration, welcome and farewell dinners, and attend the 2-day ANCRiSST/ZHITU conference.
Visa
We kindly remind you that during the three-week study trip to Hong Kong, two visits to Mainland China are planned. As this itinerary requires multiple entries between Hong Kong and Mainland China, you must obtain a multiple-entry visa for both regions in advance. Ensuring the validity of your visas is essential to prevent any disruptions to your academic activities and travel plans.
For students from Mainland China, we will assist in applying for a student visa to study in Hong Kong for three weeks. After completing the online registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a list of required documents for the Hong Kong student visa application.
