The 1st Workshop of Data Science: Factor-Analysis Learning --- Inference, Bayesian, & Practices

This workshop brings together peers from mainland China, Hong Kong, and the Bay area, focusing on women researchers in factor analysis, Bayesian learning, and image analysis. It aims to spark ideas, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and provide mentorship. This is the first in a series of Data Science-themed workshops, promoting research blending and cross-institutional collaboration in Hong Kong, supporting women researchers, and interfacing various fields across disciplines. The workshop emphasizes forward-looking exploration of tensor factor-analysis learning, aiming to apply this cutting-edge knowledge to real-world scenarios.
