Important Notes to Registrants
- Registration fees include admission to all meals from 16 to 18 Nov 2024.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- VISA and Mastercard credit cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay and FPS are accepted.
- Presenters with abstracts accepted should complete registration by 31 Oct 2024, 11:59PM [Hong Kong Time]; otherwise, their presentation will be deleted from the program.
- Your participation in TEM 2024 constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the TEM 2024 organizers and their initiatives, including, but not limited to, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
- Registrants must accept personal responsibility for insurance against travel risk, injuries and loss of property.
- Academic visitor to the conference is regarded as a third party and he/she is only applicable to the Public Liability Insurance Policy of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
- Participants of excursion activities agree to indemnify the conference organizers and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University against any claims arising from injury or loss sustained during the excursion.
- All decisions and arrangements made by the organizing chairs are final.
- The personal information collected will be used for the purpose of processing your registration and keeping you informed of the updates of the conference. The information collected in this form may be shared with other internal faculties/departments/offices of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) for the administration of records.
