All the participants are welcome to submit abstracts by locating yourselves in the abstract submission section that offers details on the submission process, guidelines, and formatting requirements. The poster guidelines section for students and postdoctoral researchers provides information on effectively designing and presenting your poster.
Abstract Submission
Please submit the Abstract of the Academic Poster via email (mmicrostructures@gmail.com) or through the submission system (Submission system). (Submission Deadline: 15/12/2024 [Hong Kong Time])
We strongly encourage participation and welcome abstract submissions from students and postdoctoral researchers for poster presentations.
Submission Guidelines
- ICMM 2025 invites the submission of abstracts (up to 500 words) by one of the conference's four topic areas.
- Requirements : Abstracts should include the title of the research presentation, identify the topic, state the problem, reference existing knowledge, articulate justification, describe the method of the study or experiment, outline findings and conclusions, and explain the significance of the research.
- Deadline of submission : Submissions will be accepted until the deadline on Dec 15th, 2024.
- The file name of the abstract should be in this format:
(Name)_(ICMM 2025).docx (e.g. James Doe_ICMM 2025.docx)
Submission Notes
- The Organizing Chairs will review the contents and scientific merits of the abstracts.
- Acceptance or Rejection of the abstract will be sent to presenters by email. Presenters of accepted abstracts must register for the conference (please see the Registration page for details).
- Presenters not registered beyond the registration deadline will be seen as forfeiting their presentation.
Poster Guidelines
The poster should follow the themes of the conference as addressed above.
- All presenters are required to register for the conference by 15/12/2024 [Hong Kong Time].
- All posters must be uploaded as one-page PDF. The recommended poster size is 24 inches (70 cm) wide by 36 inches (91 cm) high.
- Deadline of the submission: Poster submissions will be accepted now until the deadline on Dec 15th, 2024.
- Submission: Please submit the poster to mmicrostructures@gmail.com or through the system (Submission system), which should include the title, authors, affiliations, introduction, experimental procedure, results, and conclusion.
- Upon receiving your posters, the committee will start to review and to determine whether your poster is accepted. Further arrangements will be sent to you by our secretary as soon as possible.
- Award: There will be awards for the best posters.
Electronics or audio-visual equipment will NOT be provided by organizers at the poster presentation area.
