Submit your abstract/full paper to ICPR-APR 2025
All the authors are supposed to submit your abstracts by 1 March 2025 via PolyU's Abstract Submission System. Once your abstract is accepted, you are required to submit either revised abstract, full paper or poster for attending the conference via PolyU's Paper/Poster Submission System.
1. To publish the full paper into conference proceedings & give the oral presentation, please submit the full paper once your abstract is accepted.
2. To demonstrate your research work without publication, please submit the revised abstract (for oral presentation)/poster (for poster presentation) once your abstract is accepted.
3. Please use the template (i.e. Abstract, Full Paper and Poster) when preparing your submission.
4. Each paper should not be more than SIX(6) pages (Reference page(s) included).

Policies
- All papers and posters will be peer reviewed through a single-blind review process.
- Acceptance is based on condition that at least one author will register (with paying the registration fee) and present the revised abstract/paper/poster at the conference. Organising Committee reserves the right to exclude a full paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
- Only accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
Conference Registration
You are welcome to register the attendance of ICPR-APR 2025 at PolyU's Event Registration System. We look forward to meeting you in the conference.
Important Notes to Authors/Presenters:

- English is the official language throughout the meeting.
- It is expected that at least one author register and attends the meeting to present the accepted paper.
- Authors/Presenters need pay registration fees before the conference.
- Late payment may result in the paper not being included in the conference program and any other publications that are produced for distribution at the conference.
- Each paid fee covers one presentation.
- Participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the online registration form and fee payment.
- According to the no-show policy, the program chair reserves the right to exclude any unpresented papers from the proceedings.
