• All the presentation must be done on site 
• Duration: 20 minutes total (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
• Language: English or Chinese
• PowerPoint Requirements: 
  • 16:9 aspect ratio
  • Minimum font size: 24-point text, 28-point headings
  • Submit 2 days before conference
  • Backup copy required

Poster Presentations:

• Size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm)
• Orientation: Portrait
• Required sections:

  • Introduction/Background
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion/Conclusion
  • References
  • Contact information

Technical Requirements:

• Presenters should arrive the venue 30 minutes earlier for technical check
• For Mac users, please prepare adapters to the venue
• Please make sure the embedded media files, if any, is workable
• Internet access will be provided
