Registration
The conference will offer special rates for early bird registrations. The early bird registration period will conclude at 8 August 2025, after which the normal registration fee will be applied. To take advantage of the early bird discount, please ensure registration is made on or before 8 August 2025.

Registration includes access to all conference events (including 1 tea break on 15 August 2025 and 2 tea breaks + 1 lunch on 16 August 2025), and attendees will receive a name badge, an online program book, a conference bag, and an electronic certificate of attendance.
*Co-organizers are eligible for free registration
Payment Procedure
- Payment request will be sent by email upon registration.
- Registrants who register during the early bird period must make their payment before the deadline.
- Failure to pay by the deadline will result in a change to the standard/on-site registration category, with the corresponding change in the registration fee.
Registration Confirmation
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration and full payment received.
- Official receipts (available upon request) will be issued via email within one month after the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable.
