Registration
The conference will offer special rates for online registrations. The online registration period will conclude on 9 August 2026, after which the registration will be closed. To take advantage of the discount, please ensure registration is made on or before 9 August 2026.

Registration includes access to all conference events (including 2 tea breaks + 1 lunch on 14 August 2026 and 1 tea break on 15 August 2026). Attendees will also receive an online program book and an electronic certificate of attendance.
Payment Procedure
- Payment request will be sent by email upon registration.
- Registrants who register during the online registration period must make their payment before the deadline.
- Failure to pay by the deadline will result in a change to the on-site registration category, with the corresponding change in the registration fee.
Registration Confirmation
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration and full payment received.
- Official receipts (available upon request) will be issued via email within one month after the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable.
