About the Presentation

1. Each presentation shall not exceed 20 minutes. Two reminders will be given 5 minutes and 1 minute respectively before the time expires.
2. There will be a 20-minute session for collective Q & A at the end of each panel, which will be presided by the Panel Chair.
3. Presenters please note the program rundown and stand by at 10 minutes before the start of their respective panel which will be announced in the e-program rundown in early June.
4. Presenters who require special technical support should relay their request clearly to qtis2025.abstract@polyu.edu.hk (or qtis2025.enquiry@polyu.edu.hk) at least 3 days before their designated presentation.
