Dr. Grace Lau is an accomplished professional with over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating leadership across clinical research, regulatory affairs, market access, sales, marketing, and P&L management in diverse market environments.  She has held senior roles both regionally and in individual countries.  Recently, she has expanded her expertise into quality management, focusing on the specialised supply chain for pharmaceutical and healthcare products.  Prior to her industry career, Dr. Lau conducted laboratory and clinical research, and was an academic staff member at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), serving as a guest lecturer for various local and international institutions.  She is a registered pharmacist in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, holding a BPharm degree and a PhD in medical sciences, alongside numerous professional development programmes from renowned management and business schools.  Her interests include driving healthcare transformation by accelerating the translation of biomedical innovations to benefit patients and society.  She is passionate about fostering entrepreneurial skills among researchers, establishing Hong Kong as a leading hub for translational research and development, and expediting the real-world application of biomedical technologies for public benefit.
