The 2026 IEEE RAS Summer School follows a two-step admission model:
- Step 1 — Application. Submit an online application form, uploading a single PDF file including a short CV and a motivation letter as to why you wish to join the summer school.
- Step 2 — Registration. Accepted applicants will receive an acceptance email with a link to complete registration and payment.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Selection considers academic or professional background, motivation, aiming for a balanced cohort across universities, regions, and career stages. The programme is delivered in English. IEEE RAS membership is encouraged but not mandatory.
Registration Fees
Accepted applicants will be notified by email and issued payment instructions; the payment deadline is within 7 days after payment information is provided. Apply early — on-site capacity is limited.

| On-site (in person, Hong Kong) | HKD 3,000 | HKD 5,500 |
| Remote (online) | HKD 1,500 | HKD 2,800 |

Online Participation
Remote participation is supported for the lecture sessions and selected discussion components.
A reduced registration fee applies to remote participants.
Hands-on assembly, flight training, and capstone activities remain primarily in-person.
The remote access platform and joining instructions will be shared with accepted remote participants ahead of the programme.
