All information gathered through this voting campaign is used only for the purpose of this voting campaign. Participation is voluntary. Participants who wish to be eligible for "Voting Mileage Rewards" must provide a valid email address and name for notification purposes. The name you provide must match the name of your HK Identity Card or other qualifying identity document. Each eligible participant can get one "Voting Mileage Reward" to win one prize only.
Grand Prize eligible voters are the 8th and 2,888th voters. 2nd Prize eligible voters are the 2,001, 2,002, 2,003, 2,004, 2,005 voters. 3rd eligible voters are the 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110 and 1,001, 1,002, 1,003, 1,004, 1,005, 1,006, 1,007, 1,008, 1009, 1,010 voters.
Participants must provide a valid email address and name for notification. Prizes are non-transferable and can only be claimed in person by the notified recipient. The prize will be forfeited if not collected within the stipulated period. Research and Innovation Office of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
You have the right to request access to your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486). Please refer to the privacy policy statement.
本次投票活動所收集的所有資料，僅用於此投票活動之相關用途。此活動屬自願參與。如欲符合 「投票里程獎賞」 的得獎資格，參加者必須提供有效的電郵地址及姓名以便通知及領取獎品。所登記的姓名必須與香港身份證或其他合資格身份證明文件上的姓名一致。每名合資格參加者僅可獲得一次「投票里程獎賞」及僅可贏取一份獎品。
大獎合資格投票者為第8及2,888的投票者。二獎合資格投票者為第2,001, 2,002, 2,003, 2,004, 2,005 的投票者。三獎合資格投票者為第101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110 及第 1,001, 1,002, 1,003, 1,004, 1,005, 1,006, 1,007, 1,008, 1,009, 1,010 的投票者。
參加者必須提供有效電郵地址和姓名以便通知。獎品不可轉讓。獎品必須由中獎者親自領取。若未在規定期限內領取獎品，則視為放棄。香港理工大學研究及創新事務處保留隨時修改條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。
