• How do I register for an event?
  Visit our web site at PolyU Faculty of Business Case Consortium Case-based Teaching and Research Conference and then click on the “Registration” tab.
   
• What is included in the registration fee?
  Access to the 3-day event and event materials. The conference will offer lunch for 3 days and conference dinner on the first day of the event.
   
  
• When is the deadline for registration?
  You may register at any time, up until the day of the live event.
   
• Is there single-day registration available for a multi-day event?
  No, you will need to register for the entire event.
   
• Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
  The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. Please check the event site for the nearby hotel information.
   
  
• How to request for special needs or meals?
  If you have special needs and/or dietary restrictions, please let us know when filling out the registration form, or contact us at fb.marketing@polyu.edu.hk.
   
• How do I pay for the registration?
  You can pay using a credit card, FPS or Alipay and WeChat.
   
• How can I cancel my registration?
  Please contact us at fb.marketing@polyu.edu.hk with your name, company and copy of your registration confirmation.
   
• What is the refund policy for event registration?
  No refunds are available for cancellations of the event.
