Campus Access

Non-PolyU participants will need a valid QR code to enter and exit PolyU campus. Registrants will receive a QR code by email after registration. 

Please contact the us (ymloh@polyu.edu.hk) if you do not receive a QR code the day before the conference.

Travelling routes to PolyU

From the airport

• Airport express and Mass Transit Railway (MTR): Take the Airport Express from Airport Station to Tsing Yi Station, interchange to Tung Chung Line for Nam Cheong Station and change to Tuen Ma Line to reach PolyU at Hung Hom Station.
  • Fare: HK$65 (Octopus) or HK$70 (single journal ticket)
  • Transit time: ~40 minutes
• Public Bus: Take bus A21 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) Bus Terminus straight to Hung Hom Station
  • Fare: HK$33
  • Transit time: from 60 to 90 minutes (traffic-dependent)

Within the City/ From High-Speed Railway

• MTR: PolyU is connected to Exit A1 of the MTR Hung Hom Station (East Rail Line/Tuen Ma Line) via a footbridge. It is also within walking distance from Jordan Station, Tsim Sha Tsui Station and Tsim Sha Tsui East Station.
• Public Bus: Any buses with the following stops (Citymapper works in Hong Kong):
  • Hong Kong Polytechnic University
  • Hung Hom Station
  • Hung Hom Cross Harbour Tunnel Toll Plaza
