The conference will focus on frontier scientific questions, key technologies, and engineering applications in low-carbon high-performance engineering materials and marine engineering structures. Four parallel sessions are tentatively planned:

Theme 1.  Service behaviour and protection technologies of marine engineering materials and structures

Theme 2.  Resource recovery from solid waste (phosphogypsum, red mud, incineration-plant and power-plant residues, construction waste, and coastal solid waste, etc.)

Theme 3.  Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) materials and associated floating and specialized structures

Theme 4.  Carbon mineralization technologies and materials
