The hotel is about 25 minutes by car from Sanya Phoenix International Airport and about 35 km from downtown Sanya, with convenient transport links.

Transportation:

1. From the airport
(1) Sanya Phoenix International Airport → Hotel
Taxi / ride-hailing: about 35 minutes, roughly CNY 100-180, subject to real-time traffic and platform pricing.
(2) Haikou Meilan International Airport → Hotel
Train / high-speed rail: after arriving at Haikou Meilan International Airport, walk to Meilan Station and take the Hainan island-loop high-speed railway to Yazhou Station, Phoenix Airport Station, or Sanya Station, then transfer to a taxi or ride-hailing car to the hotel. From Yazhou Station, the drive to the hotel takes about 15 minutes. As there is currently no direct service from Haikou to Yazhou Bay Station, delegates are advised to travel to Yazhou Station first, or to transfer at Phoenix Airport Station or Sanya Station, depending on the available services. Total travel time depends on the actual schedule; please check and book tickets in advance.

2. From the railway / high-speed rail station
(1) Yazhou Bay Station → Hotel
Taxi / ride-hailing: abot 10-20 minutes, roughly CNY 20-50, subject to real-time traffic and platform pricing.
(2) Yazhou Station → Hotel
Taxi / ride-hailing: about 15-25 minutes, roughly CNY 30-70, subject to real-time traffic and platform pricing.
(3) Phoenix Airport Station → Hotel
Taxi / ride-hailing: about 35-50 minutes, roughly CNY 100-180, subject to real-time traffic and platform pricing.
(4) Sanya Station → Hotel
Taxi / ride-hailing: about 50-70 minutes, roughly CNY 100-200, subject to real-time traffic and platform pricing.

3. From the port / ferry terminal
(1) Haikou Xinhai Port / Xiuying Port → Hotel
Train / high-speed rail: after arriving in Haikou, proceed to Haikou Station, Haikou East Station, or Meilan Station and take the Hainan island-loop high-speed railway to Yazhou Bay Station, Yazhou Station, Phoenix Airport Station, or Sanya Station, then transfer to a taxi or ride-hailing car to the hotel.
(2) Xuwen Port / Hai'an New Port (Guangdong) → Haikou Xinhai Port / Xiuying Port → Hotel
Delegates entering the island by car or by ferry can cross the Qiongzhou Strait to Haikou and then drive or transfer to the Hainan island-loop high-speed railway to reach Yazhou Bay in Sanya. Ferry schedules are strongly affected by weather and port operations, so it is advisable to check sailing information and book in advance through the official ticketing platform (the Xuwen Port ticketing mini-program on WeChat).

Tips:
Sanya receives heavy tourist traffic during the conference period, so flights, train tickets, ferry tickets, and hotel rooms may be in short supply. Delegates are advised to plan their itineraries and make bookings as early as possible. The travel times and costs above are for reference only and are subject to actual conditions and platform pricing.
