Harbour Plaza Metropolis

Harbor Plaza Metropolis is located in the heart of Kowloon, overlooking the stunning views of Victoria Harbour. Close to MTR Hung Hom Station, it is convenient and fast to travel to various districts in Kowloon, the New Territories and southern China. Note for hotel accommodation: according to the Hong Kong Government's new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free but can be provided upon request at a charge.

Transportation

To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we have outlined various transportation options to help you navigate to and from the conference venue.

From Hong Kong International Airport to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Train/Subway:

• Take the Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station, switch to the Tung Chung Line to Nam Cheong Station, then transfer to the West Rail Line to Hung Hom Station (total travel time is about 60 minutes). Exit from Exit A and walk to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The cost is about HKD 90 per trip.
• Take the Airport Express to Kowloon Station, then transfer to bus 215X at Kowloon Railway Bus Station to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Station, and walk to the university. The cost is about HKD 120 per trip.

Taxi: Take a taxi to 11 Yuk Choi Road, Hung Hom, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (approximately 40 minutes). The cost is about HKD 350 per trip.

From Hong Kong West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Train/Subway: At West Kowloon Station (West Rail Line's Austin Station), take the West Rail Line to Hung Hom Station (approximately 10 minutes), then exit from Exit B and walk to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The cost is about HKD 6 per trip.

Taxi: Take a taxi to 11 Yuk Choi Road, Hung Hom, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (approximately 20 minutes). The cost is about HKD 80 per trip.

From Shenzhen Futian Port (Lok Ma Chau) / Luohu Port to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Train/Subway: After crossing the border, take the East Rail Line to Hung Hom Station (approximately 50 minutes), then exit from Exit B and walk to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The cost is about HKD 40 per trip.
