Abstract Submission
Please prepare your 1-page abstract using the template MS Word file (Instructions for Authors-INTACT 2025 Abstract Template.docx), and then save your abstract in a PDF file. When completed, please submit the PDF file using the link below:
Notes for Submission
Please use the same email address to log into the submission system. Please note that abstracts can only be accepted on the understanding that they will be presented at the workshop. Each author is allowed to present only one abstract. Each author can upload up to ten files to the submission system (.pdf only. Max upload size for each file: 20MB), but only the latest one will be reviewed. An auto-generated email titled “Files Submission Received” will be sent to the author immediately from CEMS <cems-noreply@polyu.edu.hk> once the submission is received. Another auto-generated email titled “Files Submission Status Update” will be sent to the author from CEMS <cems-noreply@polyu.edu.hk> once the submission is approved, declined, or returned for modification. Please check the spam folder if the notification emails are missing.

The language of the workshop is English, including abstracts and presentations.
