- How do I register for the Symposium?
Please visit our web site at PolyU Business School Case Centre - International Case-Based Education & Research Symposium 2026 and click on the “Registration” tab.
- When is the registration deadline?
On or before 20 November 2026
- What is included in the registration fee?
Access to the two-day event and event materials. The Symposium will offer lunch on both days and a symposium dinner on the first day of the event.
- Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
The cost of hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. Please check the event site for nearby hotel information.
- Is single-day registration available for the two-day event?
No, you will need to register for the entire event.
- How do I pay for the registration?
You can pay by credit card, FPS, Alipay or WeChat Pay.
- How do I request special needs or meals?
If you have special needs and/or dietary restrictions, please let us know when filling out the registration form, or contact us at fb.marketing@polyu.edu.hk.
- How can I cancel my registration?
Please contact us at fb.marketing@polyu.edu.hk with your name, company and a copy of your registration confirmation.
- What is the refund policy if I cancel my event registration?
No refunds will be provided for participant cancellations of event registration.
