Call for Registration
The conference will offer special rates for early bird registrations and group registrations. The early bird registration period will conclude at 15 January 2025, after which the normal registration fee will be applied. To take advantage of the early bird discount, please ensure payment is made on or before 15 January 2025.

Conference registration fee

• Registration includes access to all conference events (including tea breaks) on 21-22 March 2025, and attendees will receive a name badge, an online program book, and an electronic certificate of attendance.
• Separate registration will be required for the pre-conference workshops by invitation (details to be announced).
• Registration will not be processed until full payment has been received. A Local Delegate is defined as an individual who is working or studying full-time in Hong Kong.

* The early bird discount is not applicable for delegate group registrations.

Pre-conference workshop registration fee (on a first-come, first-served basis)

• The five sessions of pre-conference workshop will start simultaneously.
• Registration for the pre-conference workshops will be required on a first-come, first-served basis, as spaces are limited.
• The registration fee for the pre-conference workshop is HK$ 300.
• The discussion session on PhD studies and postdoctoral training is free of charge.
• The research collaboration meeting is free of charge but is by invitation only.

Payment Procedure

• Multiple payment methods are accepted, including credit card, FPS, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
• Registrants who register during the early bird period must make their payment before the deadline.
• Failure to pay by the deadline will result in a change to the standard/on-site registration category, with the corresponding change in the registration fee.

Registration Confirmation

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration and full payment received.
• Official receipts (available upon request) will be issued via email within one month after the conference.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
