Important Notes to Registrants
Application for Registration Fee Waiver
The conference organizer strives to provide an inclusive environment that welcomes individuals from various backgrounds and encourages their active participation, thereby enriching the overall experience and impact of the conference. To demonstrate our commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity among participants, conference registration fee waivers or reduced fees will be offered to those in need, such as junior faculty or early researchers from developing regions. Interested individuals are invited to complete an online application form on or before 13 October 2024 (Hong Kong time 23:59) . Within the application, applicants will be required to declare that they will not receive any other funding or financial support for attending the conference. This ensures transparency and helps allocate the fee waivers to those with limited resources. Applicants will also be asked to provide a statement explaining how their participation at the conference will make a significant difference to their personal development and/or the advancement of their affiliated institution, organization, or community in the field of service-learning.
