E-poster Presentation Guidelines

The format of poster presentation in the Healthy Ageing Conference 2025 is electronic poster. Your poster will be shown digitally on a monitor display during the 2 days of the Conference. 

General Information

1. All presenters are required to register in the conference.
2. All presentations MUST be in English.
3. Elements to be included in the e-poster:
   -    Abstract number
   -    Abstract title
   -    Names and affiliations of the presenting author and all the co-authors 
   -    Objective 
   -    Method
   -    Results 
   -    Conclusion

Format of E-poster

1.  All e-posters should be prepared in English.
2. Each e-poster is limited to ONE page only
3. Abstract title, name of author(s), name of institution(s) and country of origin must be displayed on each e-poster. Please ensure that the abstract number is shown on the top right-hand corner of your e-poster. 
4. Pictures, graphs, and tables can be included in your e-poster.
5. Videos and music CANNOT be included.
6. Layout:
   -    Portrait (vertical orientation) 
   -    1080 pixel (width) x 1920 pixel (height) 
   -    File size: less than 3MB 
   -    The file should be in high resolution

Submission of E-poster

1. Please upload the file with the specified format and file name requested to the link below on or before 14 May 2025 (Monday) 10:00am (UTC+8).
   -    File format: JPG (.jpg) format only 
   -    File name: Abstract number_Last name_First name. jpg (e.g. A0001_Chan_Mary.jpg)

2. If we cannot receive your e-poster file by 14 May 2025, we will not be able to display your e-poster at the Conference.

You can download the template here to create your poster. After finishing your poster, you can simply save as “JPEG File Interchange Format”.
