Visit 1
PolyU Industrial Center (IC) and Smart Ageing Hub (Quota: 60) The Industrial Center is a well-equipped hands-on learning and research support centre for students studying various disciplines. It is the only establishment of its kind among the local UGC-funded universities in Hong Kong. PolyU IC supports a variety of student learning activities, including hands-on learning, project work, research, service learning, final year project, etc. which involve the use and application of industrial and engineering technologies. The Smart Ageing Home is a demonstration of local Hong Kong elderly at home setting with the aid of technology. Apart from that there will also be some other showcase of healthcare-related research projects from the Faculty of Health Social Sciences of PolyU.
Smart Ageing Hub aims to promote applying gerontechnology for enhancing the quality life of the elderly. Guided by the cornerstone principles of ‘Ageing in Place’ and ‘Continuum of Care’, Smart Ageing Hub provides gerontechnology and related information to the elderly and their caregivers, it also installs appropriate supporting smart devices in hostels for the elderly.

Wong Tai Sin District Health Centre (Quota: 40) The Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council has been awarded to operate the Wong Tai Sin District Health Centre (WTS DHC) as a district-wise primary health care hub to enhance district-based primary health care services. Based on the concepts of "District-based", "Medical-Social Collaboration" and "Public-Private Partnership", the WTS DHC provides diversified health promotion and education, health risk factors assessment and chronic disease management services to the local community through our center and network of multi-disciplinary teams and partner organizations.

Hong Kong Housing Society – The Tanner Hill Joyous Home (Quota: 20) Joyous Living is Hong Kong's first quality retirement living initiative specifically tailor-made for seniors, providing its residents with a relaxed ambience, continuing professional healthcare and skilled care services, thoughtful home and lifestyle services, and a wide range of social activities to enrich their retirement.
Drawing inspiration from similar remarkable and successful projects worldwide, Joyous Living is nonetheless designed for life in Hong Kong, providing residents with a uniquely comfortable and attractive environment, a refreshingly 'green oasis' of calm and tranquility where their various needs are catered to with care and respect

Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Tseung Kwan O Aged Care Complex (Quota: 50) The Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (HKSKH) Tseung Kwan O Aged Care Complex is a direct service unit operated by the HKSKH (Anglician) Welfare Council. The Complex commenced the service in 2002 and is demonstrating an integrative model of a continuum of long-term care for seniors. It provides District Elderly Community Centre, Home Care Support Team, Day Care Unit, and residential care service for nearly 2,000 seniors living in the community and 246 residents in the Complex.
A trans-professional team of over 150 staff members, comprises of Social Workers, Nurses, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Dispenser, etc., collaborated with SKH The Church of St. John The Baptist, is located adjacent to the Complex, strives to provide quality, and holistic care to seniors and their caregivers.
