CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

Be part of the first university-wide, student-led academic conference at PolyU. Gain valuable experience, connect with peers and professionals, and contribute to a meaningful platform for research and collaboration across the Greater Bay Area.

Volunteer Roles Available

1. Hospitality Crew Members

• Open to all current PolyU students
• Support conference logistics, registration, guest reception, and session coordination

2. Plenary Session Emcees

• Open to all current PolyU students
• Guiding the flow of the session, engaging the audience, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience
• Previous experience in emceeing or public speaking is an advantage

3. Student Round Table Facilitators

• Open to PolyU research postgraduate (RPg) students only
• Facilitate interdisciplinary dialogue during student roundtable sessions
• Compulsory in participating in the (1) Welcoming Dinner on 2 July (Evening) and (2) Student Forum and Thematic Roundtables on 4 July (Afternoon)
