Submission Guidelines
We encourage students to submit research work that has not yet been accepted for publication. Submissions describing both completed research and work-in-progress are welcome. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a poster and present their work in-person during PRSC 2025.
PRSC 2025 focuses on interdisciplinary communication. Consider the appropriateness of the content to non-experts/variety of audiences.
Extended abstract: Include title, objectives, methodology, and significance (template provided). Abstracts must be submitted through the designated submission site using the template provided. Each abstract submission should not exceed two pages, including figures and tables (if any). The abstract should be prepared on A4-sized paper with 2.5 cm margins on all sides and typed with single spacing using size 12 Times New Roman font. The text should be justified on the left and right.
Abstract Review and Selection
All abstracts will be reviewed and scored according to the criteria for selection: novelty, research methods, significance of results, logical organisation, and clarity of expression. An abstract may be accepted for oral presentation or may be rejected. The Organising Committee will have the final authority over the acceptance of the submitted abstract. Notification letters for abstract submissions will be sent out on 15 June 2025.
