Participant Requirements and Benefits

Participants who fulfill the attendance requirements will be granted complimentary access to the buffet lunch at the VA Student Canteen.

3 July: Complimentary lunch will be available to participants who attended both:

• Keynote II
• Panel Session

4 July: Complimentary lunch will be available to participants who attended both:

• The Best Paper Presentation plus one breakout session, or
• Two breakout sessions

Please ensure you attend the required sessions to qualify for complimentary lunch access.
